On Sunday we accepted an invitation by Quadrant to take a walk thru of our home. OOPSIE, should we tell them that we visit the house about 3 times a week? Oh well, so we grabbed the provided hardhats and headed to our house with a key and the camera in hand. We were excited because according to the spreadsheet the appliances should have been delivered on Friday, but Monday it would be.
So this is what is new in the house as of today, 11/3/09.

we have shelving in the pantry and in all the closets. Natale has already tried to demonstrate "how to climb" the pantry shelves...yikes!

one of the Master vanities finished (just dirty)The carpet was being installed tonight....we headed to the house around 5:15 pm. Apparently the carpet layers work past 5:30 pm. So we sneaked around and took a look and a picture. We were too excited not to get the chance to squish our toes in the new carpet. So after dinner and a bath, we drove back.

All that's left to do is paint, door handles, clean-up, front yard landscaping and a few miscellaneous tasks.
We have our orientation and final walk-thru scheduled for the 16th at 10 am, we sign the documents on Tuesday and then we take OWNERSHIP on WEDNESDAY the 18th!! ................(sigh) WOW!!
