First we headed to the new house for the orientation and walk-thru. We basically went through the house with a fine tooth comb to find scraps, scratches, marks, dings, and also did a how-to on the furnace, circulation fans, water heater and whatever other questions or concerns we might have. We had some time to waste so we headed back to the apartment and got some more packing done. At around noon, We headed to Bellevue to sign the papers on our new home. We made a quick stop by the Quadrant Homes showroom to snap a few pictures for the scrapbook.
We took in our down payment check into All City Escrow and started signing documents. The whole process went really smoothly. We visited with the loan officer and asked her capture our moment....
And the bottle of champagne was too celebrate that......WE ARE HOMEOWNERS!! YEAH!!
