Babysitting Danielle

On Saturday, Danielle came over for the day. Her mommy and daddy went to a wedding. GG came over to help and play with the girls. It was very warm out so we broke out the pool and water toys. The girls had a blast and Papa made some delicious baby back ribs for dinner. We always have fun when Danielle comes over!!

6 months old!!

Natale was 6 months old on Saturday June 28th. Mama can't believe its been 1/2 year already. Here are a few new pictures that we captured the last few days. We also had a well child check-up on Tuesday. Natale weighs 17 pounds 4 ounces. She is 26 1/4 inches long. She is very healthy and happy baby. She is rolling over from tummy to back and back to tummy. She has pulled her knees up for scooting. Natale chews on everything from her toes to her toys. She is getting the hang of taking rice cereal and baby food. We are so blessed to have her in our lives. We love her so much!!

Happy Birthday Bailey!!

Our cousin Bailey had a Birthday party at his new home in Tacoma today. It was lots of fun. They had yummy food to snack on and tasty drinks for the adults to sip on!! Bailey received lots of fun toys for his birthday and the cake was delicious.

First Day of Summer

Today was the first day of SUMMER!! It was a warm and beautiful day. After running some errands we spent the afternoon in the water. Mama set up the pool, we ran through the sprinkler and played with a new water toy. We are looking forward to lots more sunshine!!

Swim Lessons Begin!!

Today, Avery had her first swimming lesson. She did great, she whimpered for Mommy a little, but there was no screaming or crying. Avery's teacher is Ben and he was great with her. There were two other children with her and they are good swimmers. She is already asking about when she goes back.

Playdate in Bellingham

Today, we took a trip up to Bellingham to have a play date with Danielle and Auntie Krissy. We had fun! We went to Fairhaven park and ran through the sprinklers, but it was really windy and cold. So we didn't stay very long!

We came back to the house and the neighbors shared their big blow-up water toy! It was fun wet and dry. Avery wasn't a big fan when the water was on, but she had lots of fun playing with the other kids and Danielle.

Over the weekend we introduced a new activity for Natale. Its the Johnnie jump-up. She loves it. She bounces and turns and really enjoys the freedom of movement!

Happy Papa Day!

Happy Papa's Day!! We had a rough morning, Avery was up at about 5 am and we tried to get her to go back to sleep. At about 10 am Joe went into her room with her and they both fell asleep. So we all got up dressed and headed to breakfast/lunch at about 12:30. We then headed to GG's house to have a visit with Gramps and have dinner. Gramps enjoyed his present and we watched the Mariners and the US Open. I hope all the Dad's out there had a great day!!

Outside Fun!

On Saturday June 7th, Krissy brought Danielle down to play. Krissy went to a bridal shower and Auntie Kim entertained Danielle and Avery for the afternoon. After we made a huge coloring mess in the house I took the girls outside to play. It was cold, but not raining. We rode bikes/scooter, played golf, bounced the ball, blew bubbles, played hopscotch and took in some fresh air. We had lots of fun outside as you can see!

We played with a new game called Elefun. The elephant blows out butterflies that you catch with nets. Its FUN!


I am not sure the girls get the whole catching thing. Once on the ground they would pick them up. It was fun the play with the girls outside!
