We have a move-in date!!!! November 18, 2009. We received the following e-mail this morning from the sales manager at Quadrant homes to give us the news and here it is.....
Hi Joe and Kim,
Congratulations! Your home site was released for construction Friday August 14, 2009! That means construction will begin 10 working days from today! (unless there is a non work day, we'll let you know). You will be hearing from Nicole or myself very soon to set up your first appointment with our Superintendent. This Pre-Construction meeting will cover the building schedule, site visits, safety policy, un-scheduled non work days and a review of your foundation. Just a reminder that this meeting will be held between Monday and Friday usually around 8 a.m.
At this time your home is schedule to be completed 11/18/2009.
