Avery Rose turns 4 years old.....

Avery's birthday celebrations started on Sunday (5/3) afternoon when we picked up Danielle in Burlington to stay with us for the next few days. We had a slumber party with Danielle for two nights and on Monday I took the girls down to Kirkland to see GG and pick Auntie Krissy up from the airport. She went to Dallas to see Auntie Kristin and to go see Dave Matthews in concert. The girls had so much fun playing together and I think I can take a little credit in helping get Danielle potty trained. She would wear a pull up and would go potty after Avery. She did a great job with us and we are thrilled to hear that she has had very few accidents. Here is a picture of the girls in the back seat. Nat is kinda cut out but this is how we traveled for 3 days....it was FUN!

Little Sis had tons of fun running around the place. She loves the new freedom that comes from walking

Auntie Krissy got the girls reading books while I made Avery bacon and pancakes for breakfast. After playing outside for a while and getting ready for the day, we headed to lunch and Avery, of course chose Mc D's. We headed to the museum and planned to meet our friends and family at 1 pm. Joe was able to take a half day and went to the toy store and bought Avery a Barbie bike. The kids played at all the stations and then we headed to have cupcakes and presents downstairs. After some sugar we headed up to the roof top for some fresh air. It was wet and a bit windy so we didn't stay long. The girls were ready for a break and we headed to Snohomish for a few minutes of down time before dinner....

THE BIRTHDAY GIRL!! WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!
