Snohomish Fair....July 19-22!

Kla Ha Ya Days is a big celebration/street fair in Snohomish that takes place the 3rd weekend of July. On Saturday morning, we met up with Granny and Pa for breakfast and walked through the street fair looking at all the crafts and booths. We watched the frog leaping contest and Avery enjoyed watching the froggies...ribbit....ribbit, as she would say! We walked home for an afternoon nap. We went out for dinner in town and then found a curb for the parade. Avery enjoyed her first cotton candy and loved seeing all the horses and doggies. We sure are enjoying this new town we live in. We walk every where.

Avery and Mama waiting for the parade to start.

Color Guard and the first of 4 horse entries that Avery enjoyed

Bickford Ford was a sponsor of the weekend festivities and Joe loved all the "NICE" truck and car entries in the parade

This was some of the Civil War cast members....they have a Civil War Reenactment every Saturday and Sunday during the weekend.
