Visiting the Seattle Aquariuam

On Wednesday, December 5th we took our cousin Amanda and the girls to the Seattle Aquarium for her last day in Seattle. The girls had a ball!! We visited all the exhibits and went and had lunch at Ivar's and then came back to the Aquarium to see our favorites again.

The 1st SNOW!!

The 1st snow of the season....we had a few trips out to play and several meltdowns about coming in from the snow!

OK...yes Avery is not wearing a coat. It was by the door at home, but didn't get into the car when we were leaving. She has gloves though!!

Thanksgiving Dinner at the Hansons

We had our Thanksgiving dinner with the Hanson's on Dec. 1st. We also had our cousin from England in town so we wanted to celebrate her being here with us!! Unfortunately the day was kinda rushed because of the snow that started falling at about 1pm. We had a great dinner and a wonderful visit with Amanda and the entire family!!

Danielle is getting into trouble here...she loves testing everyone when it comes to climbing on the table. Her daddy told her to get off and then he sat back down on the couch. She then came right back and climbed on the table again. Grant got up to get her off the table and she slid off and ran to the kitchen...she did this twice...it was pretty funny. Avery even helped by pulling her off the table a few times.

Visiting Bellingam

Since we are able to get around better these days we have taken a few trips up to Bellingham to visit our favorite cousin, Danielle. We went and had dinner with the DeRemers on Friday, Nov. 23rd, and then the following Wednesday, Nov. 28th we drove up to spend some time with our cousin Amanda visiting from England. We went to the mall and then to the Bellingham Children's museum. It was a fun day!!

Apple Cup....GO COUGS!!

On Saturday, the Prince family along with GG, Aunty Krissy and Danielle went to visit Jonny at his new place. He lives with a college buddy in Bellevue. We also come over to help him get ready for his HUGE Apple Cup party. The girls had fun playing with Bubba's decorations and chasing each other up and down the hallway.

Jonny's Apple Cup party was very successful and he said they had lots of food!! The Cougars won the game 42-35. It was a great game and I think the best games are the close ones!!

Happy Turkey Day!!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! We spent the day up at Granny and Grandpa Joe's house in Snohomish. Unfortunately, Granny got the flu on Tuesday and it messed with her diabetes and renal system and she is spending the next few days at the hospital in Everett. She is getting better and we missed her yesterday!!
We arrived early and had a delicious breakfast...German hotcakes. Joe helped Natale and Grandpa with some of the prep for the dinner.
We spent most of the day watching the Macy's Thanksgiving parade, football, watching Shrek the third and Shrek 2 on the portable DVD player, checking on the pigs and visiting with the family. Avery had fun playing with Bailey and Hannah Bennett. Mark and Heather Bennett and their 3 children came for a visit before dinner. (Heather is Uncle Dave's oldest daughter.) We also got to visit with Uncle Joe, Justine, Nicole and her new hubby Keith. We ate at about 5 pm and we were all very hungry!! We had a great day and had a very delicious dinner!
