First T-Ball Game

Avery had her first T-ball game this weekend. We are playing in the YMCA 3/4 yr old league until the first weekend in June. We have practice every Tuesday night and a game on Saturday. Avery is one of two girls on the team. She liked being up to bat and running the bases. But boredom sets in when the kids are playing in the field. It was cute and fun. Avery has a lot to learn from her Mama and Papa. More t- ball photos to come.....
Natale might be ready for her turn on the field
The team
Playing 3rd base just like Mama does
Her first at bat...she was even the lead off batter for 2 innings. But she NEEDS practice. She got brand new t-ball set for her Birthday this week so we will be doing some batting practice.
Concentrating on the ball. She is a natural and with lots of practice she might play college softball or for the Olympic team....we can all hope!!

TRAMPOLINE TIME!!

The Murphy family put up their trampoline. And WOW, is it FUN!! Everyone in our family has had a turn and Avery asks me every morning if we are going to Jackson's to play on the trampoline.
Natale loves being on with her sister and the smaller kids. Its not as unsteady and thank God the net is up. Natale would have flown off the side a couple of times during her sprints across the surface.
Avery and our friend Kaya
Even Papa took his turn.
Natale jumping around with the kids
Natale loves driving the Dora car.
Avery loves the trampoline and can't get enough of it.

Cherry Blossoms

Auntie Krissy watched the girls for me while I went to a Dr. appt on Tuesday. I came home and found lots of cherry blossoms flowers and branches in my living room. Avery was super excited about the pretty blossoms. Later in the week I was looking through the pictures on the camera and found out that the girls took a walk to the park and showed off their beautiful flowers in their pretty hair.

So sweet and such great friends and cousins

The girls looking at "how pretty" they are in the mirror with the flowers in their hair

Cherry blossoms are in bloom everywhere. Avery points them out everywhere.

Dying Easter Eggs with GG

After the park and a visit with my Dad, we headed back to Moms for dinner and to dye Easter eggs. We had lots of fun and with 3 adults supervising it all went very smoothly. The girls loved it and were thrilled by the fun colors.
so it starts....

We are having fun coloring Easter eggs

Danielle and Krissy working on the red and purple eggs

Castle Park

Monday was the beginning for spring break for us and our friends, so we planned a play date at the Castle park in Kirkland. Auntie Krissy and Danielle came down for our fun filled day and stayed the night. We met at noon with a picnic lunch and the kids played for several hours. It was great to see Stacey, Patrick and Ciara and Shannon, Tyler and Stefie. Thanks for joining us...we had a great time playing and catching up. And the best part of the day was the beautiful sunshine.
Natale tasting the chalk and scribbling too
Playing hopscotch
Hanging on the monkey bars

Silly Girls

Avery got this great idea the other day at my moms that I had to share it with you all. Avery found the dogs leash and tied it around the horsey riding toy that Natale got for for Christmas. She would roll it around and walk the horse. Well then Danielle came down to play and sure enough the girls took turns pulling each other on the horse. They haven't gotten out of control with it yet, but they even convinced Natale that it is a fun ride. Enjoy the pictures....

Miss Natale has been a busy and very silly little girl lately too. She is keeping up with Avery and showing everyone she will try just about anything. The other day, Joe and Avery went out for a while and Natale and I went and played in the garage. She found Avery's bike helmet and wanted to wear it. She is also learning how to kick a ball and throw a ball. She can actually catch the ball too.
Kicking the ball around in the garage with the helmet on....she is so funny!
she wanted to take a walk in the dolly stroller.
"hat, hat" as Natale would say

Trying on the helmet. She wore around for about 10 minutes.

We were in the process of putting Danielle's car seat in my car. Natale took advantage of the fresh air and took a rest in the car seat. It was pretty cute! Auntie Krissy is convinced that Natale is getting to be a little "stinker." (in a good way) Krissy might be right, Natale may give us a run for our money. Natale is the sweetest little baby. She is always happy and is very social. We love her so much!!
